What happens to an uploaded invoice

  1. 01File stored privately

    The original PDF or photo is kept unchanged and fingerprinted to detect duplicates.

  2. 02Swiss QR-bill decoded

    The QR code on every page is decoded and validated: IBAN check digits, QR or creditor reference, currency and amount.

  3. 03Document read

    Supplier, invoice number, dates, net, VAT, total and line items are extracted. Each field shows where it came from.

  4. 04Checked and matched

    Totals are reconciled, the QR amount is compared with the invoice total, and the supplier is suggested from IBAN, VAT number and name.

  5. 05Ready for your review

    Nothing is approved automatically. You confirm the details, then an administrator approves.
